N may have trouble reaching this hose bibb - at least until the fill is complete. 

Entire house foundation seal and French drain.  Hard pipe on top to transfer rain water from gutters.

Rough HVAC complete.

Even better, we did the HVAC and plumbing walk-throughs.  Very exciting.

Tissue paper GAF Tiger Paw polypropylene roof underlayment rather than good old tar paper felt.  Very scary for an old timer.

 

New hip roof design over the porch to replace the planned shed roof.

 

I would mean seeing a little more roof from the guest bedroom.  We have to choose by Tuesday.  Also decide exterior trim materials.

Next week windows maybe.

Roof sheathing is on 6 June.

N in the guest shower.  The clipped back shower wall will not be a problem.  The attic is huge.
