Service Ratings for Big Companies

This is interesting, from Paul.  It’s the full results of the MSN Money-Zogby International customer-service survey for 2011.  The columns are sortable by clicking on them.

Play with the buttons.  Bank of America with the highest “poor” score treats us just fine while many other banks have teed us off.  The lowest “poor” scores reasonably go to Marriott and Amazon but how could the fairly ordinary Bed Bath and Beyond score so well?  The least excellent were the airlines of course.  Victoria’s Secret got high excellent marks, I imagine Hooters would have too if they had been rated.
